Did you know

You can easily exclude an area above the mitral valve plane and still maintain the area in the LV outflow track for the volumes?

Here is how:

  1. Right mouse click on the right axis papillary muscle tool.
  2. Select the SAX LV Exclude Area Contour function, activating the drawing tool.
  3. Using this tool trace out the area that you want to exclude from the volume calculation.
